What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat children with a variety of orthopedic, developmental, neurological, and motor delays
- Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs
- Collaborate closely with a team of SLPs, OTs, and other pediatric specialists
- Provide ongoing education and support to families and caregivers
- Document progress and communicate effectively with parents, physicians, and team members

What We’re Looking For
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy
- Active New Jersey PT license (or eligibility)
- Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates with strong pediatric clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication skills and a family-centered mindset
